  • 1 cup chopped assorted bell peppers (green, red and/or yellow)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Fresh vegetable sticks (pepper, celery, carrot, cucumber, etc.)
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in bowl except vegetable sticks and tortilla chips.

    Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

    Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
