  • 2 cups flour (plain)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, save juice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (this recipe does not call for butter!!only in the icing)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room Temp.)
  • 12 cup soft butter
  • 12 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 34 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    combine above ingredients mix well.

    pour in a well greased 9x13 pan.

    bake at350* for 35-40 minutes Frosting directions: combine above ingredients spread on cake while still warm.

    chill in refigerator.
