  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Cream butter, cornstarch and eggs together.

    Add milk and pineapple.

    Pour into a pastry lined pan.

    Bake at 350° until inserted knife comes out clean.

    Remove from oven.

    Cover with meringue from whites of the eggs.

    Brown lightly.
