  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 tbsp. margarine
  • butter
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (1-1/4 lb.) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    To prepare crust, combine all ingredients and press into 9-inch pie pan.

    Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.

    Cool.

    To prepare filling, combine all ingredients.

    Pour into cooled pie crust and refrigerate until filling sets.

    To prepare topping, combine cream and vanilla and whip until cream is spreadable.

    Immediately before serving, top filling with whipped cream.
