- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp. margarine
- butter
- 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can (1-1/4 lb.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1To prepare crust, combine all ingredients and press into 9-inch pie pan.

2Bake at 325F for 15 minutes.

3Cool.

4To prepare filling, combine all ingredients.

5Pour into cooled pie crust and refrigerate until filling sets.

6To prepare topping, combine cream and vanilla and whip until cream is spreadable.

7Immediately before serving, top filling with whipped cream.
