  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and salt.

    Add pineapple and milk.

    Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into mixture.

    Put in unbaked pie shell.

    Add top crust and bake at 375° to 400° for 45 minutes.
