  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and milk together.

    Add egg yolks, then pineapple.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Use 1 crust for bottom; pour in pie mixture and put on top crust. Bake at 375° until crust browns.
