Pineapple Pork Chops

- 4 loin pork chops
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple liquid
- 1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Brown chops about 10 minutes on each side, then arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.

3Melt butter in skillet; add drained pineapple.

4Stir over low heat until brown glaze in pan dissolved.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Pour pineapple mixture over chops and bake covered for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°.

7Bake 30 minutes.

8Add liquid from pineapple. Bake 15 minutes or until chops are very tender.
