- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
Directions

1Cream shortening, margarine and sugar.

2Add eggs, beating after each.

3Stir baking powder into flour.

4Add flour mixture, alternating with milk; mix well.

5Add vanilla and mix well.

6Stir in pineapple.

7Spray tube pan with cook spray and pour batter into pan.

8Place in cold oven.

9Turn oven to 325° and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
