- 2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 3 c. plain flour
- 9 eggs
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Grease and flour a large tube pan.

2Cream sugar and Crisco and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

3Gradually add flour.

4Beat well.

5Add pineapple and several tablespoons of juice.

6Start in a cool oven.

7Turn oven to 300°.

8Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours.
