- 1/2 lb. melted Heritage butter
- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple, chunk or crushed
- approximately 12 pieces day-old bread, cubed
- cinnamon
- allspice
Directions

1Beat eggs with fork.

2Add sugar, melted butter, pineapple and cubes of bread.

3Mix well; place mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and/or allspice.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
