  • 8 Heritage eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 lb. melted Heritage butter
  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple, chunk or crushed
  • approximately 12 pieces day-old bread, cubed
  • cinnamon
  • allspice

Directions

    Beat eggs with fork.

    Add sugar, melted butter, pineapple and cubes of bread.

    Mix well; place mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and/or allspice.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
