  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 sliced bread, broken in small pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt butter in casserole. Beat eggs and add pineapple, bread, sugar and salt.

    Mix well. Turn into casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350° or until set.
