   as directed, using pineapple juice for liquid. Cool.

   Mix pudding as

    cream cheese, spread over cake.

    Sprinkle with chopped pineapple and chopped pecans. Top with Cool Whip.

    Top with toasted coconut. Chill overnight. Keeps well.
