- 1 pineapple
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 7 c. cut up rhubarb
- 7 c. sugar
Directions

1Remove top from pineapple; cut into wedges.

2Remove rind and eyes from wedges.

3Remove core.

4Cut unpeeled orange and lemon into quarters; discard seeds.

5Grind pineapple, orange and lemon in food chopper.

6Combine fruit and sugar.

7Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours.

8Cook in large kettle.

9Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.

10Boil gently over medium heat 25 minutes until thickened.

11Fill prepared jars.

12Seal jars.

13Cool before storing.
