Pineapple Salad

  • 1 (10 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (a larger or smaller can will do fine)
  • 2 or 3 sliced bananas
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Drain pineapple.

    Heat pineapple juice and cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat until thickened.

    Refrigerate until cooled.

    In salad dish, mix cooled thickening with pineapple.

    Add other ingredients and stir.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
