Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans pineapple
  • 2 large oranges
  • 24 marshmallows
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Drain pineapple juice and put in top of double boiler.

    When hot, add the following, mixed together:

    eggs, sugar, flour and salt.

    Cook until thick and then let stand until cool; fold into fruit and last, fold in whipped cream.

    Chill for 4 hours or overnight is better.
