- 2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 stick Ritz crackers
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Drain pineapple and reserve juice.

2Place drained pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.

3Mix sugar, flour and cheese with the reserved pineapple juice.

4Layer on top of pineapple.

5Melt butter and mix with crushed cracker crumbs.

6Layer mixture on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
