- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 8 qt. popped popcorn
- 1 c. cleaned salted peanuts (optional)
Directions

1Place first 3 ingredients in medium-large saucepan.

2Bring to a boil until slow rolling boil is maintained for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Place popped popcorn in large roaster pan. Slowly drizzle syrup over popcorn (and peanuts, if chosen).

4Bake in slow oven at 250° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

5(Stir the mixture every 15 minutes through baking time.)

6Cool and enjoy!
