- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. cottage cheese
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving the juice in saucepan.

2Set pineapple aside.

3Add water to juice to make 1 1/3 cups; bring to boil.

4Add to jello.

5Cool until slightly thickened.

6Whip cream. Add sugar.

7Fold into jello mixture.

8Stir in pineapple and cottage cheese.

9Blend well.

10Chill 3 hours.
