  • 1 medium-sized can crushed pineapple
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 3/4 c. Longhorn cheese

Directions

    Heat the first three ingredients together until dissolved. Soak Knox gelatine in water for 5 minutes, then combine with mixture.

    Cool in refrigerator.
