Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pineapple slices (I like to set aside the juice and add it later)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 -2 fresh garlic clove
  • 2 -3 teaspoons cilantro
  • 12 teaspoon salt (our family uses rock sea salt)
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (I used fresh lemon and squeezed it from 1/2 of a lemon)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl- including seasoning.

    Taste and if you prefer to add more seasoning or hot spices, peppers feel free.

    Add 1/2 of the set aside pineapple juice and then use a chopper to chop all of the ingredients.

    Once the ingredients are chopped up add the remaining pineapple juice and chill for one hour.
