Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pineapple slices (I like to set aside the juice and add it later)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 -2 fresh garlic clove
- 2 -3 teaspoons cilantro
- 12 teaspoon salt (our family uses rock sea salt)
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (I used fresh lemon and squeezed it from 1/2 of a lemon)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl- including seasoning.

2Taste and if you prefer to add more seasoning or hot spices, peppers feel free.

3Add 1/2 of the set aside pineapple juice and then use a chopper to chop all of the ingredients.

4Once the ingredients are chopped up add the remaining pineapple juice and chill for one hour.
