- 1/2 c. red and green bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 1/2 c. red onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. poppy seed dressing
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
