  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. coarse grained mustard
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine both mustards, butter, olive oil, lemon rind, lemon juice and pepper in small saucepan.

    Cook over low heat until butter melts and mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.

    Sauce can be made a day ahead and refrigerated, covered.

    Gently reheat.
