- 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. coarse grained mustard
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine both mustards, butter, olive oil, lemon rind, lemon juice and pepper in small saucepan.

2Cook over low heat until butter melts and mixture is hot, stirring occasionally.

3Sauce can be made a day ahead and refrigerated, covered.

4Gently reheat.
