  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans

    Mix together the first 6 ingredients and pour into greased sheet cake pan.

    Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans over the top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
