Pineapple Sheet Cake

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil (cooking)
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

Directions

    Sift the dry ingredients together.

    Add the eggs, oil and pineapple.

    Beat 2 minutes.

    Pour into a sheet cake pan that has been oiled and floured.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Cool Whip can be used for frosting or use the following frosting.
