Pineapple Side Dish

  • 5 cans (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 stacks Ritz crackers, finely crumbled
  • 3 sticks melted butter

Directions

    Grease a large baking dish. Line bottom of dish with pineapple chunks. Mix sugar and flour and sprinkle on top of pineapple. Layer with Ritz crackers. Add grated cheese on top. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 20 people.
