- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Combine pineapple chunks, sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Pour into a buttered casserole.

2Top with cracker crumbs, mixed with melted butter.

3Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
