  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cups Buttermilk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 500F.

    Combine all the ingredients. Turn dough onto a floured surface. Roll to 1/2 inch thick. Using a biscuit cutter (or a cup like I did), cut into 6 circles (or whatever shape you choose).

    Bake on a greased baking sheet for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
