  • 3 cups Spiral Pasta
  • 4 cups Fresh Fruit, In Bite Sized Pieces
  • 1 pound, 7 ounces, weight Yogurt, Plain Or Flavored

    In a pot of boiling water, cook past until tender but firm; drain. Rinse under cold water until no longer warm. Transfer to a large bowl. Mix in fruit (try satsumas/mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries, cherries, anything you want!) and stir in yogurt.

    The only yogurt I tried and didn't like with it was a key lime yogurt. This salad lasts for at least a week in the fridge. Just stir it up if it's kinda juicy at the bottom.
