  • juice from 1 large can sliced pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Combine this with pineapple juice; mix well.

    Cook in a double boiler until clear. Then add butter.
