- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 (30 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (drain off some)
- 5 slices bread, cubed
- nutmeg to taste
- 2 Tbsp. lemon concentrate
Directions

1Warm butter and blend with sugar.

2Whisk in eggs.

3Whisk in nutmeg, lemon, pineapple and bread.

4Bake in muffin tins at 325° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

5Garnish with maraschino cherry.
