  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (30 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (drain off some)
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon concentrate

Directions

    Warm butter and blend with sugar.

    Whisk in eggs.

    Whisk in nutmeg, lemon, pineapple and bread.

    Bake in muffin tins at 325° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Garnish with maraschino cherry.
