- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Mix together the sugar, flour and pineapple; mix in the eggs. Trim bread; cube and toast.

2Pour melted butter over cubed bread. Mix with pineapple mixture.

3Spray a 1-quart casserole and fill with mixture.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
