- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with liquid
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 slices toasted bread, cubed
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour together and add to crushed pineapple. Stir in beaten eggs.

2Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Top with bread cubes which have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4This is a good side dish for ham and other meats.
