- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 (16 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 medium egg whites
Directions

1Empty gelatin into cold water to soften.

2Heat 1/2 cup pineapple juice drained from can.

3Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.

4Add crushed pineapple with remaining juice and sugar.

5Refrigerate until mixture begins to set, about 30 minutes.

6Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

7Fold into pineapple mixture.

8Spoon into a mold or serving dishes and chill for several hours before serving.
