  • 1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple (in syrup works best)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 7 slices bread, cubed

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs then cream again.

    Add bread and pineapple including juice from can.

    Pour into buttered dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
