- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 broiler fryer, cut up
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Put butter in shallow baking pan and melt.

3Crush stuffing mix with rolling pin.

4Add salt to crumbs. Beat eggs with water in pie plate.

5Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake a few pieces at a time in stuffing mix until coated. Place skin side down in melted butter in single layer.

6Bake uncovered in a 425° oven for 30 minutes.

7Turn and bake 15 minutes longer.
