- 2 medium cans crushed pineapple with juice
- 7 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 5 c. flour
- 2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Mix the first 4 ingredients and set aside.

2Mix the flour, Crisco and milk together to form dough.

3Mix with hands and divide into 4 parts.

4Roll 2 parts out to fit 2 cookie sheets.

5Cover dough with half of the pineapple mixture.

6Roll remaining dough out for top crusts.

7Prick with fork all over.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until light brown.

9Cool and frost.
