  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed

Directions

    Cream together butter and sugar.

    Mix in well beaten eggs. Add crushed pineapple and bread.

    Bake in a casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
