- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed

1Cream together butter and sugar.

2Mix in well beaten eggs. Add crushed pineapple and bread.

3Bake in a casserole dish, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
