- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (unsweetened)
- 8 slices white bread, cubed (leave crust on)
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple; fold in cubes.

4Turn in 2 quart casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
