- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 5 slices white bread, cubed
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar together.

2Beat in eggs, one at a time.

3Stir in pineapple.

4Fold in the bread cubes.

5Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.

7This is great with ham.
