  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. rum
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Directions

    Beat butter in small bowl on medium speed until creamy.

    Beat in egg yolk. Add powdered sugar until fluffy. Add rum.

    Stir in orange peel.

    Beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Yields 1 cup.
