  • 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid also
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. orange extract (optional)
  • 1 large crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. fat-free sour cream
  • 3 pkg. Equal
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding (sugar-free)
  • 1 small lite Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients.

    Bake on 325° for 25 to 30 minutes in 2 round pans.

    Cool.

    Mix the next 3 ingredients, fold in Cool Whip and spread on cold cake.

    Store cake in refrigerator.
