  • 12 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 12 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 34 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 peach, cut in chunks
  • 34 cup pineapple chunk, frozen
  • colored crystal sugar
  • peach, wedges

Directions

    Freeze peach chunks.

    Blend together pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and yogurt.

    Add frozen pineapple and peach chunks, blend until smooth.

    Wet rims of 2 martini glasses and dip in coloured sugar; garnish with peach wedge and serve!
