- 2 c. cream (half and half)
- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 c. broken pecans
Directions

1Make sauce of cream, sugar, flour, pineapple and vanilla. Cook until thick.

2Put layer of crushed wafers in bottom of 8 x 12-inch pan or dish.

3Add sauce, then remaining wafers on top. Refrigerate.

4This can be made a day ahead.

5Serves 10.
