Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 box Butter Recipe yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 box brown sugar
- pineapple rings
- cherries
- 1/4 c. whole pecans
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Grease and flour pan (I use a Bundt pan).

2Melt butter.

3Add brown sugar and mix together.

4Pour into Bundt pan.

5Add pineapple rings on top of this mixture. Top with cherries and pecans. Prepare cake as directed except use 1/2 pineapple juice instead of full amount of water.

6Chopped nuts may be added to mix.

7Cook as directed on box and enjoy.
