  • 1 can pineapple rings, drained - save juice
  • 5 Tbsp. saved pineapple juice
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
