- 1 (about 1 lb.) can pineapple slices
- maraschino cherries
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Set oven for 350°.

2Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of well-greased pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.

3Dot with butter.

4Melt mixture over very low heat.
