Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- maraschino cherries
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Make cake according to box directions.

2Melt the brown sugar and butter in the 9 x 13-inch baking pan on the stove, then sprinkle the drained pineapple in the pan.

3Add as many cherries as you wish, then pour the mix in the pan.

4Bake at 350° until the top pops up when pressed.

5Remove from oven, run a knife along the edges and turn the pan upside down on a long tray.

6Let cool and enjoy!
