- maraschino cherries (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- crushed pineapple (if preferred)
- 1 c. white sugar
- 5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add brown sugar and spread evenly over bottom.

3Lay a complete wheel of pineapple in the center with maraschino cherry in the center of pineapple.
