Pineapple Whip

Directions

   Prepare Jell-O mix with boiling water and pineapple juice. Set partially in fridge, then stir in 1 cup crushed pineapple. Return to fridge for short time.

   Then stir in sweetened whipped cream.

   (Do not make whipped cream too stiff.)

   Return to fridge to set completely.

   Before serving, trim with whipped cream and any other decoration desired.
