- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
- chili powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/8 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook meat and drain.

2Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 4 to 6 hours.

3Add liquid if chili thickens too much (juice or water).
